Is MBA still worth it?
Im thinking about gettin an MBA nxt cycle, but honestly the math aint mathin.
Been workin ~6 yrs in tech/fin makin ok money, but hitting a wall w/o a fancy paper. Problem is the price tag is insane—tution + 2 years of zero salary is easily a $200k-$300k hit overall. Just tryna figure out if the post-mba pay bump is actually worth goin into debt for nowadays, or if its a total waste.
Anyone graduated in last few yrs actually see ROI? Or should i just skip it and upskill instead? LMK ur thoughts.

Remember its a career change. If you are a developer or network engineer or something then with MBA you will have to give up on that role and move up to managerial role or somthing.
Only worth it if you see an opportunity in your work place. Also check depends on the pay difference. If you are currently earning x and post mba you get x+2 then definitely not worth. For example Product managers salary is not always more than a developers salary. If you are really good developer then I suggest conitnue on it and get more certifications and adapt to new technologies and attend meetups related to your field.
However MBA is a always a plus and may not benefit right away. May be after 10 years of managerial experience. May be get you CTO role?
